Designed for tablet dedusting and the detection of metallic foreign matter. It combines dedusting, elevation, polishing and automatic tablet turning for continuous processing.

The deduster conveys tablets upwards in a spiral. Its inlet can be connected to a tablet press, and its outlet connects to a metal detector. The compact arrangement includes an adjustable base, viewing windows on two sides and castors for positioning.

The dedusting chamber, drive compartment and control box are separated to prevent dust contamination of the drive and electrical components. Quick-release construction allows the outer cover and screen assembly to be dismantled and reassembled for maintenance.

A connection is provided for an external vacuum extractor. During operation, the dedusting chamber operates under negative pressure to prevent dust escaping.
